DR Modifikationen

Das müßt Ihr euch mal reinziehen...
Vorgeschichte: Bin seit einiger Zeit stolzer Besitzer eines TM 33 der von Kientech auf 35mm aufgebohrt wurde.
Obenrum läuft er nicht so, wie er soll deshalb habe ich mal im DR Forum drüben nachgefragt wie die Jungs dort bedüsen etc.
Um nen Vergleich zu haben habe ich natürlich auch gebeten mir zu schreiben welche Modifikationen an den Moppeds gemacht wurden.
Und jetzt stelle ich das mal rein:

Big Bore Kit with displacement at 405CC
Cylinder and Head Milled bringing compression ratio to 14 to 1
33mm flat slide pumper carb bored to 35 1/2mm
Head is bowl blended, and ported, intake port opened from 31mm to 37mm
No air box and I have a air filter directly on the rear of the carb
Big Gun Full race exhaust
Cam is degreed and I am running it 1 degree advanced
Megacycle race cam
Titanium springs locks and keepers
Hard faced rockers
ebc clutch race springs
oversize intake manifold

Next set of mods next winter

install all 4 oversize valves
install bigger race cam from white brothers
remove the counter balance shaft and throw it away
install 36mm flat slide pumper carb after it is bored to 37 1/2 mm

Vergessen...
Falls mir jemand von euch Tipps zu Bedüsung/Einstellung geben kann, nehme ich das gerne an.
Airbox offen, Twinair,ABP-Krümmer,BSM-Future
Im Moment BST33 dynojetted HD 140,nadel 5te kerbe.
